I found that I could use the "lighten gradually" setting on "video effects" to lighten up the video - still not great visibility, but not too bad for no stage lighting. I used Windows Movie Maker. Maybe you could try that if your video capture program has that feature. I put A Matter of Will, and Beautiful up on my youtube channel.
